Join us for a spectacular one-night-only 6-Hands culinary crossover dinner with Japan’s longest-serving Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai from La Rochelle, Executive Chef Chen Kentaro from MICHELIN-starred Shisen Hanten, and Executive Chef Sam Chin from VUE.

For one night only, six hands of culinary top class will be coming together an exclusive collaboration dinner like no other.

On the upcoming 19 June 2023, Executive Chef Sam Chin, Executive Chef Chen Kentaro and Chef Hiroyuki Sakai will be joining arms to present a five-course menu that pitches the best of their respective culinary prowess and transforms the best of ingredients from all around the world into a dinner to remember.

Each revered name is a master of his own cuisine – Chef Sam Chin for modern European gastronomy, Chef Kentaro for spicy Szechwan sensations and Chef Hiroyuki for French haute cuisine. Eastern precision will meet Western know-how to elevate prized ingredients including geoduck clams, carabinero prawns, foie gras and Kumamoto Kukuou wagyu sirloin for curated culinary crescendo.

 

The six-hands dinner is available for one night only on 19 June 2023 for an exclusive 50 guests, priced at $488++ per guests.
