What is vue.com.sg?
vue.com.sg is an independent property website owned and managed by Vue Pte. Ltd. a Singapore registered company (no: 200700569K). vue.com.sg has no affiliation with or ownership by, any realtor agency and only provides an online marketing platform for the Singapore property market.

What is the difference between vue.plus and vue.pro?
vue.plus includes the features of saved searches, email alerts for new properties meeting your search criteria and the ability of saving you favourite properties. vue.pro offers all these features along with the ability to post properties on vue.com.sg, and for agents to be listed in our agent directory. vue.pro users are required to subscribe at a monthly fee to post properties. Is registration free?
Registration is free for vue.plus users. vue.pro users are required to pay a subscription fee ranging from S$22 to S$28 per month. By subscribing you can post as many properties as you wish under your vue.pro account.

How do I post a property?
Sign up for a vue.pro account by clicking here, and complete your subscription payment details. Once logged in, click ‘Add New Property Post’ on the ‘my posts’ page and start to post your properties.

How do I get listed in your find agents directory?
Once you open a vue.pro account as an agent your agent profile will be visible in our find agents directory.

I am a owner. Can I sign up?
Yes, please register a vue.pro account and choose your subscription once you login to your account. We recommend taking a 1 month subscription which you may always renew for additional month if this time frame is not sufficient.

Is registration free?
Registration is free for vue.plus users. vue.pro users are required to pay a subscription fee ranging from S$22 to S$28 per month. By subscribing you can post as many properties as you wish under your vue.pro account.

Who can register?
Anyone can register a vue.plus account. However, we recommend that only real estate professionals or property owners open a vue.pro account.

Why should I register?
Why not? First of all registration is free! vue.plus users can benefit from our saved searches, email alerts and my favourites to save your favourite properties. vue.pro will give you access to these functions along with the ability to post your properties online once your subscription has been paid.

How do I register?
It’s simple, click here and fill in the registration form for either vue.plus or vue.pro users.

What are ‘saved searches’?
This function allows you to save your search parameters so that next time you’re looking for that private apartment in East Coast with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, you just run your saved search without having to re-enter your search request each time you visit the site.

Setting up an email alert
When you create a saved search tick the check box next to “email me new properties” and any new properties meeting your search criteria will be emailed to you daily to the email address you registered with.

How to use favourites
First you need a vue.pro or vue.plus account, then click ‘Add to Favourites’ which can be found under each property listing. The selected property is then saved under your own personal favourites. Once logged in you can click ‘my favourites’ to access your complete favourite property list at anytime, or view the abbreviated version on the left hand side of each page.

Posting Features

How do I post a property?
Sign up for a vue.pro account by clicking here, and complete your subscription payment details. Once logged in, click ‘Add New Property Post’ on the ‘my posts’ page and start to post your properties.

How can I upload images?
When creating a new property post you have the option of uploading up to 8 images. Please try not to exceed the 800 kb image restriction. If you have any issues uploading images just contact us and we will help you out.

My images are too big to upload?
Try using image or graphic software to resize them. If your still having trouble, please give us a call on +65 6827 9768 or email contact@vue.com.sg and we will help you out.

Can you help me resize my images?
Of course we can. Give us a call +65 3125 6116 or email contact@vue.com.sg.

Why do we need to resize image?
The bigger the image the more file space the image takes up on our server which causes a slower page loading time for users.

How much does it cost?
Registration is free, to use my favourites, saved searched, and email alerts. However, to activate the property posting feature on your account you will need to subscribe on 1, 3, 6 or 12 month basis priced from S$22 to S$28 per month.

There are no other charges or no commission.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Online payments are accepted via PayPal by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Please complete and submit the manual payments form accessible from you vue.pro ‘my subscription’ page if you are paying by cheque, iBanking transfer, ATM transfer or international bank transfer. Manual payments are available for subscriptions over one month only.

No administrative charge is applicable for manual payments.

How long is my property displayed on vue.com.sg?
Properties posted on vue.com.sg are given a two months exposure. After this time you will receive an email asking whether you wish to renew the property posting before it expires. At any time you may edit or remove any of the properties posted, as long as your subscription is active.

How to update my agent/owner profile?
Once you log into you account select ‘my profile’ from the menu to edit your registration and contact details.

I can't see the 'Browse' button to upload images?
In Internet Explorer click 'Tools' from the top menu followed by 'Internet Options'. On the 'General' tab, click 'Delete Cookies' and then click 'ok'. Then click 'Delete Files', select the 'Delete all offline content' check box and then click 'ok'. If you are still having problems after following our instructions please contact us.

How do I search for a property?
Click the respective property category from the top menu. This includes HDB flats, Apartments, Houses, Commercial and Overseas properties

Refining your search criteria
Searching for a property on vue.com.sg is simple, use the left hand side, refine search options and click search to find the right property for you.

What is a vue.id?
A unique reference number which is given to every property posting on our site. It allows for a quick search function from the vue.id found on the top right corner of every page on vue.com.sg.

How do I contact an agent or owner?
When you view a property of vue.com.sg you will see a left bar titled Agent or Owner Details. Under this heading will be the contact details such as a mobile phone and/or office contact phone number. To email an agent please click 'contact' under the listing and complete the form that appears.

Is vue.com.sg a property or realtor agency?
No, vue.com.sg which is owned and managed by Vue Pte. Ltd. and is an independent company and website that solely provides an online property marketing platform.

What are the HDB estates?
Housing Development Board (HDB) are searched by the different estates in Singapore under the government housing scheme. For more information about the HDB and their procedures we recommend visiting www.hdb.gov.sg. Please click here to view a map of HDB estates.

What are private districts?
These are the different areas of Singapore for private property which includes, apartments (private apartments), houses (landed properties) and commercial property which are broken down into different localities.

The district code represents the first two digits from Singapore's old four digit post code system. Although the island now uses a six digit postcode format, a location of a private property is still referred to by the first two digits from the old four digit format.

This is to avoid confusion as the new post code system is to location specific when trying to describe an area in Singapore. Please click here to see our private district map.
